Remain Safe While on Your Dubrovnik Holiday – a Word from the Company Owner

One of the guiding ideas behind Insider Holidays was to provide tours and activities away from the crowds because…  well, I just don’t like crowds. This is turning out to be very important in 2020. Thankfully, Dubrovnik area has very low numbers of infections and is quite safe to travel to. However, that doesn’t mean we are not doing our part to raise the level of safety for our guests. Quite the contrary, we have made some major changes to our business because of this.

All Our Tours are Private Tours in 2020

This year we have turned all our small group tours into private, upon request tours. Meaning, if you book our tour and there is only 2 or 3 or 4 of you, we are stopping sales for that day and doing the tour just for you. Our best-selling tours have always been of very limited capacity, but we are taking it one step further and not mixing guests that don’t know each other in the same vehicles or groups this year.

We are Taking You Away from the Crowds

We always have, but we are paying special attention to not have our guests bunched together with other people in museums, wineries, and other venues we are visiting.

Face Masks and Hand Sanitizers are Provided to All our Guests

Don’t worry if you forget any of the protective equipment you might want to have with you on the tour. We are providing masks and hand sanitizers to all the guests who need them.

Other than that, we are:

– practising Regular Temperature Checks for All Employees
– making sure all the vehicles used are regularly cleaned and sanitized
– practising social distancing on all the walking tours
– keeping regular contact with all the suppliers and venues making certain they engage in positive practices that ensure safety

At the end of the day, what’s important is for you to relax and enjoy your time with us. Yes, it is a strange year and we are all tired of hearing about the virus and number of infections, but taking a few precautions is a small price to pay to be able to enjoy your holiday.
