Game of Thrones Filming Locations Tour

Being transported into the fantasy realm of the best show out there

While not nearly the first foreign production to make Dubrovnik its filming location and since recently, not even the biggest one, Game of Thrones definitely put Dubrovnik on the map of movie and TV enthusiasts around the globe.

Majority of the filming locations used to depict the famed King’s Landing on screen are found within or just around the historical centre of Dubrovnik. Explore around this medieval gem of a city and discover streets and corners used to tell a tale of intrigue and treachery. You will be shown filming locations around the city and you will get to re-cap some of the story as you walk along. Along the way you are also going to see some of the most attractive parts of the city and the visit to St. Lawrence (Lovrjenac) Fortress will be a special treat allowing you for some amazing panoramic shots of the area.

Don’t be shy about your Game of Thrones nerd-ness on this tour as all of our guides are bona fide fans of the show. On the other hand, if you are new to the Game of Thrones world, feel free to ask questions and allow yourself to become a true fan.
